The hotel provides complimentary coffee in both the lobby and the room. The reception operates 24 hours a day. The staff assisted with storing bags after checkout until my train departed.

The room did not have an exterior window, only a skylight.

the hotel is near a bus stop serving the airport. a supermarket is next to the hotel, very practical. multiple restaurants are located down the street near the large park. the main attractions are a short walk along the canals.

i found stains on my bedsheets upon arrival, not ideal. the staff member on duty that evening changed the sheets. some other staff members were less helpful or friendly. they were often busy with their phones.

the location was totally perfect for hitting all the museums. i walked to the rijksmuseum, van gogh museum and moco museum really quick. my room was super clean and pretty new too. i left my luggage after checkout, that was so helpful!

the room was a bit small. my big suitcase barely fit!
