Historic Mounted Police Building

Hotel Iron Horse Amsterdam occupies the former mounted police building on Overtoom street. The hotel's light interior and horse-themed decor reference this history. No two rooms are identical due to the building's monumental character. Some rooms are located in the basement without windows.

Rooms with Modern Amenities

Rooms include two single beds or a double bed, with modern bathrooms featuring showers, toilets, and hairdryers. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and work desks. Triple rooms offer walk-in showers. Some basement rooms overlook an internal garden with windows that do not open.
